Each week, there will be two team practices. One weekday practice will be at the Stods indoor facility each week. The other Sunday practice will either be at a local Bellevue field or the Stods indoor facility, depending on the weather conditions.
Each week, there will be an additional practice for pitchers and catchers at the Stods indoor facility.

We encourage each player to practice at the Stods indoor facility as much as possible and take advantage of the free cage time.

Throughout the season, there will be 4-5 scrimmages scheduled with other select teams in the Seattle area.

There will be 6 tournaments throughout the year with a majority of these being May - July. Most tournaments are located in the greater Puget Sound area.

High School Softball Friendly
We encourage our players to play High School Softball. One of the goals is to prepare team members to make their High School Fast Pitch Team. During the High School season, there will be optional Sunday practices.
Other Sports
We encourage our players to play multiple sports. There may be some conflicts that occur when seasons overlap and we allow the families to make the best decision for their player. However, players are expected to prioritize tournament games over other sports.
