Coaching Staff
Coach Tom Waldman has been an athlete his whole life. He excelled in a variety of sports including: baseball, basketball, soccer and tennis. Growing up with a father that coached him through sports, he always wanted to do the same for his children. Over the years, Tom has coached many sports teams for his two kids. Most recently, he coached the Stods Cobras 9U Select Baseball team, a top team in Washington State. Tom is excited to use his skills and knowledge in developing the girls out on the softball field.
Coach B, aka- Andre Barashkoff, has been coaching little league since he moved into Bellevue over 15 years ago. Coach B has coached at the high school level for over 30 years, including basketball, baseball and softball. Currently, Coach B is a PE teacher at Grand Ridge Elementary in the Issaquah School District and is a hitting and fielding instructor for youth baseball and softball. Coach B will be focused on player development and teaching the fundamentals of the game.
Coach Allie Barashkoff has played softball since she could walk; having three older siblings, it was inevitable. Allie joined Thunderbird Little League in T-Ball and went on to play throughout the different Little League levels, which led to two state championships and a 3rd place finish. Eventually joining travel ball, she has played with Flame, Team Seattle and Lady Hawks. Currently, Allie plays for the Sundodgers 18U team. As a sophomore at Newport High School this year, Allie plays center field and is the lead off hitter for the varsity team. Being a coach’s kid, Allie has had the great opportunity to assist in giving softball and baseball lessons for the past 4 years.
Coach Brandon Hubbard grew up in Eastern Washington and played football, basketball, soccer and baseball until college. After college Brandon continued to play until about 5 years ago when a knee injury took him from the fields to the sideline. Brandon has been coaching softball and baseball teams within Sammamish Little League since his 3 kids could play catch with him. His oldest is now entering her final year of LL. Brandon also coaches his kids on local select basketball and soccer clubs. Brandon's philosophy is to coach and prepare hard during practice, instill good skills, effort, attitude and communication. And then enjoy the show come game times. Recently, Brandon was the head coach for the 2022 District 9 Softball Champions, the 9-10-11 Issaquah-Sammamish "Slam". At state, the Slam finished 2nd.
Coach Kori Seidlitz-Bougher has worked with pitchers for the past 15 years. She has coached girls of all ages from 8 to 20-year olds. Kori focuses on building solid pitching mechanics, advancing movement pitches, and applying each pitch to game-like situations. She is responsible for educating players and expanding skills to reach the next level. Kori was a four-year high school varsity starter. Her senior year she averaged 1.76 strikeouts per inning with a .92 ERA. She earned a full-ride athletic scholarship to South Dakota State University (SDSU) where she was a four-year D-1 starting pitcher. While at SDSU, she set the school’s single-game strikeout record, earned the Summit League’s All-Tournament Pitcher Award, and Summit League Pitcher of the weeks. In the classroom she received the 4.0 SDSU Dean’s List award three times, National Student Athlete award, Summit League Academic All-League Team & Distinguished Scholar, and Academic All-American.
Marcelle Waldman is our team administrator. She is the mom of two children, formerly taught kindergarten and preschool and holds a Youth Mental Health and First Aid certificate. Marcelle is the CEO of FeelLinks, a small business focused on social emotional skills in children. Marcelle is an avid volunteer, served as PTA president, currently sits on the Issaquah Schools Foundation Programs Committee and Board of Directors, volunteers for the Ladybug House Palliative and Hospice Care for Children and participates in the Uvalde Mentor Program. Marcelle spends the rest of her time at the baseball and softball field. She is looking forward to using her passion for social emotional development to support our team in growth mindset and goal setting.

We encourage each player to practice at the Stods indoor facility as much as possible and take advantage of the free cage time.
